2. Full security deposit required at signing of lease, equal in amount to one month's rent.

3. Authorization for direct debit shall be given to Landlords at start of lease.  This is meant to eliminate late rent.  If rent is late or rent is returned for non-sufficient funds, late fees are $10 per day up to a maximum of $40 per month.
